The cash outflow is only $3.3 m higher than the Dec. 14 period but it is the inflow that has dipped by 11m. I did not deduct the CCM payment but counting that still leaves a negative cash flow. I am not sure what the ETP payment is but I don't see it mentioned in the liabilities for current as well as previous half nor a payment of that size.
