Thanks for the link to the acquisition of STAT interesting to know what the acquisition price and settlement terms are on STAT - seems to have at least validated SRJ's M&A processes for the +$150M deal - hard to think Mitsui weren't very hands on during DD process and the funding discussions and processes on the original proposed acquisition. Surely there is some sort of introductory deal fee payable or at best reimbursement of the transaction costs to SRJ which have crippled it since suspension and then relisting.

Would love to also see the commercial synergies start to flow post completion and integration between Mitsui/STAT and SRJ given their strategic relationship and equity cornerstone in SRJ.
