This is huge news and a game changer. No wonder they need to patent it.
I would think this would cut CAPEX about $150mil from requiring a kiln and all the associated OPEX costs to running a kiln over 1000degrees. Yes the gas would be cheaper in Saudi but the whole process would be much easier now, whether done in Saudi or here in Australia. Where as before too costly to process in Australia.
