I'm back from holidays and just read the announcement. It's a step in the right direction, but until something binding is signed the SP will stay where it is. Everything is progressing well, but without details on what form this JV will take it's mostly a status update. The first cornerstone investor will be Ajlan when an JV agreement is reached. If that happens then the big boys will quickly jump on board afterwards and the register will tighten up considerably.
I am more than happy to hold as I can see the path forward, just need to be more patient than most investors in this market at the moment. This MOU allows for 6 months to reach an agreement, which hopefully get's sorted well before that time.
