    Rail and port access is definitely an issue.

    I'd be looking at whether Gina Rinehart develops her own railway for Roy Hill (at a reported price of some $7 billion), or piggy backs her ore on Twiggy's choo choo.

    If she builds her own railway, Twiggy might have some spare capacity for others (including GIR) to utilise.
