I thought SRX would have had a stack of franking credits to build into a takeover offer so went looking for them in last years Annual Report. However, under Note 19 of the financial statements they only have about $1.5m as against around $6.2m the previous year. So no means of squeezing any extra there. In regards to dividends, SRX has never paid an interim fividend, so we can't expect that to change given the current circumstances
