Issue a fresh prospectus, probably take 1 year and pump the crap out of this.

Seen these go 10x the current price with the right guys on it.

.007c is outrageous, particularly if inventory is included. Is this deal for mates. What’s in it for management or is it a last ditch chance to stave of administration.

If we did not get suspended through so called inadvertence we would have done a CR around 2/2.1c from memory and was expecting a decent upward move.

This deal stinks.

I assume the company wanted to do a CR as they’re low on cash but in this environment a reasonable raise was not plausible and that’s part of the reason they have been left with no choice but to fold and throw away their income,

A worthless dividend coming by the sound of it.
