So $13m acquisition cost, decent price if can get $1.5-1.6m NPAT.
It appears ATO tax benefit $0.7-0.8m in the first year, $3.5-4.0m total over five years (given straight line basis). is that correct?
So cash acquisition price becomes $9-10m for $1.5-1.6m earnings = 16%+ ROIC.
Not a bad way to allocate cash!
Bullish on this stock, management doing all the right things.
