I dont see a "disaster" short term - I see a smart retail company with 5% decreased sales from peak in a tough environment of rising interest rates and post pandemic but still growing its footprint. I didnt expect any different. Could get worse before better, couldnt say. Happy to hold but everyone has to make their own decisions-
