Don't their online orders get fulfilled by staff in the stores? So if the malls are closed, can the stores be accessed to fulfil online orders? I don't know the answer to this.
I've been wondering if COVID-19 will prompt people to buy more hairdressing products so they can avoid human contact at hairdressers. Not sure if this will come to pass or not.
