Personally I wouldn't take my cue from a select number of disgruntled customers posting online.
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a measurement of customer loyalty and satisfaction and asks customers how likely they are to recommend a businesses' products / services, the NPS ranges from -100 to +100. A NPS above 50 is considered excellent, and I note that a well regarded company such as Reece was keen to highlight their rating of +60 in Australia at their recent 1H23 result.
I believe Shaver Shop NPS is 88, and therefore in the top percentile for this measurement across all companies.
I hope that helps give a little insight in how they value their customers.
