Relevant event being disclosed: As a result of participation in a scheme of
arrangement by Auckland International Airport limited ("AIAL") in April 2014,
the number of shares held by Airport Shares (Auckland) Limited (formerly
called Auckland Council Investments (AIAL) Limited) has changed. These
changes have not resulted in a movement of 1% or more in the substantial
holding of Airport Shares (Auckland) Limited since the last notice was filed,
and accordingly notice is not required to be given pursuant to section 23 of
the Securities Markets Act 1988. This notice is filed voluntarily in order
to record the number of shares now held by Airport Shares (Auckland) Limited.
