Disclosure of movement in substantial holding or change

Relevant event being disclosed: As a result of participation by Airport
Shares (Manukau) Limited ("AS Manukau") and Airport Shares (Auckland) Limited
("AS Auckland") in a scheme of arrangement by Auckland International Airport
Limited ("AIAL") in April 2014, the number of shares in which Auckland
Council Investments Limited ("ACIL") has a relevant interest has changed.
These changes have not resulted in a movement of 1% or more in the
substantial holding of ACIL since the last notice was filed, and accordingly
notice is not required to be given pursuant to section 23 of the Securities
Markets Act 1988.  This notice is filed voluntarily in order to record the
number of shares in which ACIL now has a relevant interest.
