On 20 November 2013, the Crown sold 221,336,465 Shares (Sale Shares) to a
range of NZX Firms, and New Zealand and offshore institutions, for a purchase
price of $1.65 per Sale Share (Transaction).
It is expected that settlement of the Transaction will occur on 25 November
2013, at which time the Crown will file a substantial security holder notice
disclosing a movement of 1% or more in the Crown's substantial holding in
AIR.
