On 20 November 2013, the Crown sold 221,336,465 Shares (Sale Shares) to a
range of NZX Firms, and New Zealand and offshore institutions, for a purchase
price of $1.65 per Sale Share (Transaction).
Settlement of the Transaction occurred on 25 November 2013.

Pursuant to the Transaction, New Zealand Superannuation Fund, and managers
for New Zealand Superannuation Fund, acquired 11,056,952 Shares.
