On 29 June 2015, Speirs Group Limited (Speirs) and Allied Farmers Limited
(AFL) entered into a deed under which AFL agreed to issue 500,000 ordinary
shares in AFL to Speirs by way of private placement, in part consideration
for settlement of certain matters between AFL and Speirs. A copy of the deed
is attached to this notice (3 pages). The share issue took place on 29 June
2015.
