Amendment and Correction to Previous Disclosure
On 3 January 2014 ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited gave disclosure of a
movement of 1% or more in a substantial holding in Ordinary Shares of Argosy
Property Limited, in respect of a relevant event which occurred on 27
December 2013 (the "3 January 2014 Disclosure").
The 3 January 2014 Disclosure should have been given by MFL Mutual Fund
Limited which, as the beneficial owner of the securities, had the substantial
holding in the Ordinary Shares of Argosy Property Limited in respect of which
the 3 January 2014 Disclosure was made. ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited
did not have a substantial holding at that time and does not have a
substantial holding in the securities as at the date of this disclosure. The
form of the 3 January 2014 Disclosure should have been as set out below:
