Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:  On 16
March 2015, Arvida Group Limited repurchased and cancelled 1,469,998 ordinary
shares in Arvida Group Limited.  On 30 June 2015, Arvida Group Limited
undertook a placement of 35,714,286 ordinary shares.  On 3 July 2015 an
additional 6,727,968 shares were issued to those shareholders of Aria Gardens
Limited and Epsom Brown Holdings Limited whose names are included in the
Schedule.  All of the shareholders of Arvida Group Limited listed in the
Schedule are subject to the restrictions set out in the Fourth Schedule of
Arvida Group Limited's constitution pursuant to which those shareholders are
restricted in their ability to dispose of certain Arvida Group Limited shares
from the date those shares are first quoted on the NZX Main Board until 31
May 2016.
