Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 10 June
2015, as part of normal on-market trading activity under discretionary
investment management mandates, Harbour Asset Management Limited had a
relevant interest in 7,729,134 (8.98%) DIL shares. On 11 June 2015, Harbour
Asset Management Limited purchased 450,000 DIL shares (for total
consideration of $2,348,190). As a result of these transactions, as at 11
June 2015, Harbour Asset Management Limited had a relevant interest in
8,179,134 (9.408%) DIL shares.
On 10 June 2015, as part of normal on-market activity involving the purchase
and sale of DIL shares, First NZ Capital Securities Limited had a holding and
relevant interest in 76,832 (0.088%) DIL shares. On 11 June 2015 that
interest was increased to 202,102 (0.232%) DIL shares following the purchase
of 125,270 shares on-market (for total consideration of $651,404). On 12
