Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form:
Python Portfolios Limited (Python) settled the sale of the 5,307,571
(10.186%) ordinary shares (Shares) that it held in EBOS Group Limited (EBOS)
off-market through First NZ Capital Securities Limited on 29 March 2012 to
various purchasers. Each ordinary share was sold for the price of NZ$7.00
per share. This resulted in Python ceasing to have a substantial holding in
EBOS shares.

Adrienne Lady Stewart, Mark Stewart, Todd Stewart and Richard Burtt are
trustees (Trustees) of the Ellen Trust, RHS Family Trust, Mark James Stewart
No. 2 Trust and Todd Huntly Stewart No. 2 Trust (JV Trusts). Some of the
Trustees are trustees of only some of the JV Trusts, others are trustees of
all of the JV Trusts. The JV Trusts together either control Masthead Limited
(the ultimate parent company of Python) or otherwise have a relevant interest
in ordinary shares of EBOS in which Python has a relevant interest pursuant
to a joint venture agreement dated 31 March 2003. Accordingly, because
Python has ceased to have a substantial holding in EBOS Shares, the Trustees
have ceased to have a substantial holding in EBOS Shares.
