Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 27
February 2015, Silverlake HGH Limited made a full takeover offer under the
Takeovers Code to acquire all the equity securities in FIN ("Offer").  A copy
of the Offer document was sent to NZX by Silverlake HGH Limited on 27
February 2015.

On 1 March 2015, HGH, who entered into the lock-up agreement referred to in
the substantial product holder notice filed by HGH on 18 December 2014,
accepted the Offer for its holding of 5,646,438 shares in FIN in accordance
with the terms of that lock-up agreement.  The consideration payable under
the Offer for the shares in FIN held by HGH is $16,939,314.
