Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form: On 14 October 2013, Holliday Group made a full
takeover offer under the Takeovers Code to acquire all the equity securities
in FIN ("Offer").
On 15 October 2013, ICT Investments (FS) Limited, who entered into the
lock-up agreement referred to in the substantial security holder notice filed
by Holliday Group on 6 September 2013 accepted the Offer for its holding of
5,279,630 shares in FIN in accordance with the terms of that lock-up
agreement.  The consideration payable under the Offer for the shares in FIN
held by ICT Investments (FS) Limited is $2,400,119.70.
As at the time of filing this notice, Holliday Group has received acceptances
under the Offer in respect of, in aggregate, 5,279,630 shares in FIN.
