Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form:   On 14 October 2013, Holliday Group made a full
takeover offer under the Takeovers Code to acquire all the equity securities
in FIN ("Offer").
During the period between 16 October 2013 and 4 November 2013 (inclusive) a
number of FIN shareholders have accepted the Offer, resulting in Holliday
Group acquiring a relevant interest in a further 105,637 ordinary shares in
FIN for an aggregate price of $48,022.58 (reflecting the Offer price of
$0.4546 per share).
As at the time of filing this notice, Holliday Group has received acceptances
under the Offer in respect of, in aggregate, 5,385,267 shares in FIN.
