instructions to this form:   On 14 October 2013, Holliday Group made a full
takeover offer under the Takeovers Code to acquire all the equity securities
in FIN ("Offer").
The Offer closed on 13 November 2013.
Holliday Group received acceptances under the Offer in respect of, in
aggregate, 5,646,438 shares in FIN.
All consideration payable by Holliday Group under the Offer has now been paid
and all shares in respect of which acceptances were received under the Offer
were transferred to Holliday Group on 19 November 2013.
