Details of transactions and events giving rise to relevant event
On 27 February 2015, Silverlake HGH made a full takeover offer for all of the
ordinary shares and other equity securities in Finzsoft (the "Offer"). The
Offer price for the ordinary shares in Finzsoft is $3.00 per share. Under the
Offer, legal and beneficial ownership to shares which are accepted into the
Offer transfers to Silverlake HGH on payment for those shares. A copy of the
Offer document was sent to NZX on 27 February 2015.  The Offer closed at
11.59pm on 30 March 2015.
On 2 April 2015, Silverlake HGH purchased the 906,050 ordinary shares (being
the "Acceptance Shares" described in the last disclosure dated 30 March 2015)
under the Offer, and therefore became the legal and beneficial owner of those
906,050 ordinary shares.
After the conclusion of the Offer, Silverlake HGH has a relevant interest in
7,528,990 ordinary shares in Finzsoft (representing 87.892% of all of the
ordinary shares in Finzsoft), being shares which are legally and beneficially
owned by Silverlake HGH.
