Details of transactions and events giving rise to person beginning to have
substantial holding
Transfer of 2,874,216 ordinary shares by Nicholas Rive Bartlett and Russell
Ernest Bartlett to Silvia Trustees Limited pursuant to a Deed of Retirement
and Appointment of Trustee dated 18 October 2013 (attached). The previous
registered holders of the securities entered into a Deed of Embargo with
GeoOp such that they were restricted from selling, granting an option over,
mortgaging or otherwise disposing of any of their shares for a period of one
year ending on 31 October 2014, unless otherwise approved by the Board of
GeoOp. The Board of GeoOp approved the share transfer on 15 January 2014.
The current registered holder will continue to be bound by the terms of the
Deed of Embargo.
