Details of transactions and events giving rise to ceasing of substantial
holding
HAML sold 1,000,000 KMD shares on 2 February 2015 and a further 250,000 KMD
shares on 3 February 2015, in each case as part of normal on-market trading
activity under discretionary investment management mandates. As a result of
these transactions, HAML has, as at the date of this notice, a relevant
interest in 9,031,180 (4.553%) KMD shares (which includes the relevant
interest of its related body corporate, First NZ Capital Securities Limited,
in 132,056 KMD shares as a result of normal on-market trading activity
involving the purchase and sale of KMD shares).
