* The shareholder disclosure dated 30 October 2013 (submitted by The Bank of
New York Mellon Corporation, for holdings of its subsidiary Newton Investment
Management Limited) incorrectly stated shares in class, and total percentage
held in class. External data sources used to determine total shares in
issue were incomplete, in that they did not reflect the 51% Crown
shareholding interest. When the IPO shares and crown shares are considered
as shares in issue, our holdings did not reach or cross the initial
reporting threshold of 5%. This corrected and restated disclosure is being
submitted to provide an accurate statement of shares held for public record.
