instructions to this form: change of nature in relevant interest as a result
of sub-underwriting letter dated 24 October 2013 between Guardians of New
Zealand Superannuation and Goldman Sachs New Zealand Limited becoming
unconditional. As such, Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation (as manager
and administrator of the New Zealand Superannuation Fund) has beneficially
acquired 35,736,363 ordinary shares in Metlifecare Limited for consideration
of $3.53 per share, with legal settlement scheduled for 28 November 2013.
