MET has completed allotments of shares under its placement and share purchase
plan. MET has also made other allotments of securities since the notice
filed by Retirement Villages New Zealand Limited ("RVNZ") on 23 July 2012
(including under its dividend reinvestment plan and executive share plan).
RVNZ did not participate in the MET placement, the share purchase plan or
those other allotments. Accordingly, the relevant interest of RVNZ has
decreased by more than 1%.
RVNZ Investments Limited ("RVNZIL"), FKP Limited ("FKP"), Macquarie Capital
International Holdings Pty Limited ("MCIHPL") and Macquarie Group Limited
("MGL") ("Non-beneficial Parties") each have a relevant interest arising
under section 5B of the Securities Markets Act 1988 in the MET shares in
which RVNZ has a relevant interest.
The relevant interest of RVNZ has reduced by 1% or more as disclosed in this
notice. Consequently, the relevant interest of each of the Non-beneficial
Parties has also reduced and disclosure is made accordingly.
