arises as a result of the resettlement of assets of the Rorohara Trust
(previously called the Pie Melon Bay Trust), including 16,117,766 ordinary
shares in Mainfreight Limited, on the Rorohara No. 2 Trust.  Bruce George
Plested, Carl Gascoigne Howard-Smith and Donald Robert Braid are the trustees
of both trusts and Bruce George Plested is a beneficiary of both trusts.

Howard-Smith and Donald Robert Braid as trustees of the Rorohara No. 2 Trust
