above, on 9 October 2015, First NZ Capital Group Limited disclosed a relevant
interest in 13,517,322 (7.305%) MPG Shares.
In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading
activity under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management
Limited, sold 542,500 MPG shares for aggregate consideration $810,493.29 and
purchased 20,210 MPG shares for aggregate consideration $32,570.64. As a
result of these transactions, Harbour Asset Management Limited, has, at the
date of this notice, a relevant interest in 11,626,718 (6.283%) MPG shares.
In the period from the last disclosure, as market of normal on-market trading
First NZ Capital Securities Limited sold 1,735,353 MPG shares for aggregate
consideration $2,553,734 and purchased 349,821 MPG shares for aggregate
consideration $512,462.57. As a result of these transactions, First NZ
Capital Securities Limited, has, at the date of this notice, no relevant
interest in MPG shares.
