Nature of relevant interest(s):
The Crown is currently the registered holder and beneficial owner of
1,400,000,094 ordinary shares in MRP.  Pursuant to an investment statement
and prospectus dated 5 April 2013, as amended on 22 April 2013 (the Offer
Document) the Crown offered to sell up to 686,000,000 ordinary shares in MRP
(the Offer).  The Offer has now closed and the Crown has conditionally agreed
to sell 675,031,404 shares to successful applicants under the Offer, with
allotment scheduled to occur on 14 May 2013, subject to completion occurring
under the Offer Management Agreement (as defined in the Offer Document).

MRP entered into a listing agreement with NZX Limited on 10 May 2013, making
MRP a "public issuer" for the purposes of the Securities Markets Act 1988 and
meaning that the Crown's existing shareholding is deemed to be a "substantial
holding" that requires disclosure under that Act.
