holder and beneficial owner of 24,000,014 Shares.  Europa Oil NZ Limited has
a relevant interest in these Shares under section 5(1) of the Securities
Markets Act 1988.  The relevant interest of Europa Oil NZ Limited is diluted
to 7.78% of the Shares.
