Cumming (copy attached to previous disclosure dated 26 November 2014), Orion
Health Group Limited has the power to control the disposition of 8,737,000
ordinary fully paid shares held by G A Cumming.  On 27 November 2015, being
the first Business Day following the one year anniversary of Orion Health's
listing, 8,737,000 ordinary fully paid shares held by G A Cumming have been
released from escrow.
