Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form: Further to Precinct Properties New Zealand
Limited's (Precinct) announcement on 17 September 2013, Precinct has today
allotted ordinary shares under its share purchase plan (Plan). Haumi did not
participate in the Plan and its substantial security holding was therefore
diluted such that this disclosure was required. Haumi's last substantial
security holding notice disclosed a holding of 19.911%, and that has now
reduced to 18.773%.

Details for: Haumi
Nature of relevant interest(s): Beneficial owner. However, Haumi and AMP
Capital Investors (New Zealand) Limited (AMPCI) are party to Specified Rights
Deed, dated 27 September 2010 (Deed) which gives AMPCI certain pre-emptive
rights over the shares in which Haumi has a relevant interest. A copy of the
Deed is attached to this notice as it may be required to be
disclosed by Regulation 11.

current or future employees or contractors pursuant to a long term incentive
plan. The Trust Deed has been previously disclosed in our substantial
security holders notice dated 1 November 2010.
