Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:  As noted
above, on 8 July 2015, First NZ Capital Group Limited disclosed a relevant
interest in 34,132,003 (9.06%) PEB Shares.

In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading
activity under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management
Limited purchased 1,422,025 PEB shares for aggregate consideration
$766,963.78 and sold 142,621 PEB shares for aggregate consideration
$71,216.16. A further 1,588,052 PEB shares ($958,402.38) were acquired over
the period by way of two in-specie share transfers. As a result of these
transactions Harbour Asset Management Limited, has, at the date of this
notice a relevant interest in 36,607,233 (9.721%) PEB shares.

In the period from the last disclosure, as market of normal on-market trading
First NZ Capital Securities Limited sold 9,511,121 PEB shares for aggregate
consideration $5,056,605.75 and purchased 10,549,424 PEB shares for aggregate
consideration $5,523,801.28.  As a result of these transactions, First NZ
Capital Securities Limited, has, at the date of this notice, a relevant
interest in 1,430,534 (0.379%) PEB shares.

As a result of these transactions, First NZ Capital Group Limited (which
includes the related body corporates, Harbour Asset Management Limited and
First NZ Capital Securities Limited), has, at the date of this notice, a
relevant interest in 38,037,767 (10.10%) PEB shares.
