instructions to this form: On 17 December 2015 Daily Global Enterprises Ltd
was allotted 8,150,000 shares as a result of taking up its entitlement in an
issue to eligible shareholders under the exclusion in Clause 19 of Schedule 1
of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and applying for additional shares.
Daily Global Enterprises Ltd was an existing shareholder in the company
holding 13,367,647 shares. The purchase of new shares lifted the total
shareholding of Daily Global Enterprises Ltd to 21,517,647 which then
exceeded the 5% threshold and this Substantial Shareholder disclosure became
required.
