of the Brankin Family Trust. On 17 December 2015 the Brankin Family Trust
was allotted 20,000,000 shares as a result of taking up its entitlement and
applying for additional shares in an issue to eligible shareholders under the
exclusion in Clause 19 of Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013 and increased its shareholding to 40,367,647 shares.
Thomas David Brankin holds 856,156 shares in his own name.
