Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 15 March
2016, China Resources entered into an arrangement with Direct Capital
Investments Limited to acquire 21,500,000 of its shares in Scales Corporation
Limited for $2.60 per share, with settlement to occur on or about 21 March
2016.  As a consequence of that arrangement, China Resources has obtained the
power to acquire, or to control the acquisition of, such shares.
