Between 27 September 2014 and 18 March 2015 First NZ Capital Securities
Limited bought and sold SCL shares as part of normal on-market trading
activity. On 19 March 2015 First NZ Capital Securities Limited bought a total
of 243,870 SCL shares and sold a total of 1,143,400 SCL shares, in each case
as part of normal on-market trading activity, reducing its holding to 63,349
(0.0453%) SCL shares. Its related body corporate, Harbour Asset Management
Limited, bought and sold SCL shares in the period after the last disclosure
and also sold 200,000 SCL shares on 19 March 2015, reducing its holding to
6,659,650 (4.764%) SCL shares, in each case as a result of normal on-market
trading activity. As a result of these transactions, First NZ Capital Group
Limited (which includes the related body corporates, First NZ Capital
Securities Limited and Harbour Asset Management Limited), has, at the date of
