described in the substantial product holder notice filed by Guardians on 22
March 2016, on 15 March 2016, Direct Capital Investments Limited agreed to
sell 21,500,000 of its shares in Scales Corporation Limited to China
Resources Ng Fung Limited or its nominee for $2.60 per share (including the
shares Direct Capital Investments Limited was holding on behalf of Guardians
as beneficial owner, as well as shares in which the Guardians had a deemed
relevant interest). Settlement occurred on 29 March 2016.
