- Harbour Asset Management Limited purchased 1,320,000 SKL shares on behalf
of clients, under investment management agreements (taking its relevant
interest in SKL shares from 3.287% to 3.972%); and
- First NZ Capital Securities Limited had a relevant interest in 3,232,122
SKL shares (1.676%) as a result of normal on-market trading activity
involving the purchase and sale of SKL shares.
