First NZ Capital Securities Limited sold 1,223,122 SKL shares over the period
20 February and 27 February 2015, in each case as part of normal on-market
trading activity, reducing its holding to 2,009,000 (1.0419%) SKL shares. Its
related body corporate, Harbour Asset Management Limited, sold 28,700 SKL
shares on 25 February 2015 as a result of normal on-market trading activity
reducing its holding to 7,630,258 (3.957%) SKL shares. As a result of these
transactions, First NZ Capital Group Limited (which includes the related body
corporates, First NZ Capital Securities Limited and Harbour Asset Management
Limited), has, at the date of this notice, a relevant interest in 9,639,258
(4.999%) SKL shares.
