Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited is the holding company for Credit
Suisse (Australia) Limited which as a result of acting as a underwriter of a
sale of voting securities by Todd Communications Limited had a relevant
interest of 11.11% of the ordinary shares in Sky Network Television Limited
on 1 November 2012. That underwriting commitment has been completed (with the
result that Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited disposed 3.31% of the
ordinary shares in Sky on 2 November 2012 to First NZ Capital Securities in
off- market transaction as sub-underwriter. The other remaining underwriting
commitment has been completed (with the result that Credit Suisse Holdings
(Australia) Limited disposed of it remaining 7.8% to institutional investors
at a price of $5.05 per share (an aggregate of $154,854,286). Credit Suisse
Holdings (Australia) Limited's substantial holding has accordingly ceased
