Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form:   Craigs Investment Partners Limited acted as a
sub-underwriter of a sale of voting securities by News Limited and as a
result had a relevant interest of 5.889% of the ordinary shares in Sky
Network Television Limited at 4 March 2013. That sub-underwriting commitment
has been completed. Craigs Investment Partners Limited disposed of 5.889%
(22,916,666) of the ordinary shares in Sky Network Television Limited on 8
March 2013 in off-market transactions at a price of $4.80 per share (an
aggregate of $109,999,996.80).
0.039% of the shares in Sky Network Television Limited disposed of under the
sub-underwriting commitment were transferred to Custodial Services Limited, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Craigs Investment Partners Limited.  Custodial
Services Limited is now the registered holder of 0.123% of the ordinary
shares in Sky Network Television Limited (on behalf of Craigs Investment
Partners Investment Management Limited).
