The relevant interest arose as a result of Craigs Investment Partners Limited
holding a relevant interest in 6.11% of the shares in Summerset Group
Holdings Limited following a purchase and sale commitment by Craigs
Investment Partners Limited in respect of 5.79% of the ordinary shares in
Summerset Group Holdings Limited on 18 October 2013.
Craigs Investment Partners Limited has agreed to dispose of its 5.79%
interest on 18 October 2013 in off-market transactions to retail and
institutional investors on a T+3 basis at a price of $3.10 per share (an
aggregate of $38,750,000).
