Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form: The relevant interest arose as a result of First
NZ Capital Securities Limited, which had a relevant interest in 19.9% of the
shares in Tower Limited following a purchase and sale commitment by First NZ
Capital Securities Limited in respect of 19.9% of the ordinary shares in
Tower Limited. That commitment has been completed (with the result that
First NZ Capital Securities Limited disposed of 19.9% of the ordinary shares
in Tower Limited on 30 September 2013 in off-market transactions to retail
and institutional investors at a price of $1.70 per share (an aggregate of
$70,093,539.80). First NZ Capital Securities Limited's substantial holding
has accordingly ceased.
