Disclosure Clarification - On the 25th of May 2015, Harbour Asset Management
Limited disclosed a holding of 10,754,434 WDT shares (5.18%). On the 17th of
June 2015 WDT issued 24,161,259 new shares under a share offer which diluted
Harbour Asset Management Limited's WDT holding from 5.18% to 4.64%. This
disclosure clarification is to retrospectively record that Harbour Asset
Management Limited ceased to have a substantial holding in WDT on the 17th of
June 2015. On the 17th of December 2015, Harbour Asset Management Limited
disclosed a beginning to have a substantial holding in WDT and as at the date
of this notice still has a substantial holding in WDT (5.87%).
