Public opening position / dealing disclosure by a person with interests in
relevant securities representing 1% or more
Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code (the "Code")
Following the announcement of the Competition Commission's approval of a
possible merger between A.G. Barr p.l.c. and Britvic plc dated 9 July 2013,
in accordance with Rule 8.3 of the Code, Caledonia announces an opening
position as at 8 July 2013 of 9,457,500 ordinary 4 1/6p shares in A.G. Barr
p.l.c., which represents 8.10% of A.G. Barr's issued shares with voting
rights.
